PROJECT OVERVIEW
Jocks Gully Road, Ashbourne.
This site was a small lot within a larger parcel of lots that had issues of impeded drainage, old, scattered trees, erosion with grazing not controlled on site adding to the soil and biodiversity risk on site.
The application looked to separate those areas at risk and provide a domestic area to a site with very shallow soils and appropriate grazing demand to the remainder of the lot. This grazing then looked at several paddocks where stock can be moved across the site to maintain cover.
Drainage, erosion, and biodiversity were managed appropriately on site leading to an improved response for this site. This application is still in at council working with Blue Planning on this application.
