- Project was to obtain approval for a dwelling on site. This required complex documentation including carrying capacity down to overall kilograms over a 12 month period, liaise with the purchaser to gain information on the type of farming proposed.
- There were objections most which were alleviated by moving the house site (that triggered the slippage report).
- The application was assessed by Agriculture Victoria and gained their approval and was passed by Colac Otway Council
