Farming Zone - Colac

This site was purchased by a large dairy business to provide an offset site for their poddy calves along with a new dwelling on site.

Initially I asked Department of Agriculture to review the concept proposal and report as the site would be deemed to be under the Sustainable Animal Industries.

This site is located within a farming area with a moderate level of development and serviced by potable water and a time frame for development along with the financial returns and proposed consolidation of the current two titles were proposed to council.

Application was approved.
