The site is zoned Farming and is adjunct to Public Conservation with a small crown allotment for grazing a few sheep. The site was overall 1.49ha and has a dam and waterway to be fenced off and revegetated. The crop was growing organic vegetables and fruit and is part of the growing small scale cra7 production that has in the past achieved funding from Agriculture Victoria.
